Samsung Philippines Recognized as Among the Best in Customer Service in the Philippines for 2023

Samsung Philippines recently cited in the Philippines Best in Customer Service 2023 Survey of the Philippine Daily Inquirer. 


The survey was conducted on retailers and service providers from 64 categories, covering an array of customer experiences in traditional retail, and online and service segments. This was conducted with Statista, the world's leading data and business retail intelligence portal. 

The final assessment and rankings were based on the Likelihood Recommendation and three evaluation criteria: Accessibility, Professional Competence, and Quality. 

When it comes to customer care, Samsung understands that their customers are busier than ever. That is why Samsung has invested in customer care channels that meet their consumers where they need it- at their home or community. 

These include door-to-door Pick-up Services for NCR customers; Galaxy TechVan which tours nationwide and offer repair services for Galaxy devices, and select home appliances. As of date, it has gone to Pangasinan, Naga City, Bacolod, General Santos City and Davao City. 

Samsung also has 24/7 Hotline and Live Chat for mobile devices, and a Visual Support where customers can initiate a video call. Then there's Remote Service, where Samsung support can remotely access phones or TVs to diagnose and fix any issues. 

Customers can secure an appointment or schedule through Smart Q Service. 

Samsung is also striving to help customers to adopt an eco-friendly lifestyle that includes services which help prolong life of one's appliances like Proactive Care. Likewise, it has a drop box for Electronic Waste Disposal. Free pick-up of unwanted appliances is available in NCR. 

There's also the Samsung Members app that gives access to first-rate customer service, insider tops and curated content. It also has exclusive promos and contests for members. 

For those who own a Galaxy Z Series of S Series device, the Samsung Concierge has a dedicated hotline for customers, ready to assist with configuration, diagnostics, and other repairs or issues.
