P&G Wins at The 2023 Mansmith Young Market Masters Awards

P&G was recognized at the 2023 Mansmith Young Market Masters Awards, with the awarding of its marketing leaders Justine Victoria Nuque and Ralph Morales. Both received recognition at the Young Market Masters Awards for Marketing Management at the awards ceremony last August 4, 2023. P&G is also the only company who garnered two awards this year. 

P&G is known for its health and hygiene brands like Safeguard, Head & Shoulders, Pantene, Tide, Ariel, Gillette, and Oral-B. The company is also known for producing the most iconic marketing campaigns, launches and brand success stories in the country. 

P&G's Brand Marketing leaders have consistently been recognized at the Mansmith YMMA since 2010. The award-giving body put spotlight on outstanding Filipinos aged 35 and below, whose achievements encourage and inspire young people to be excellent entrepreneurs and outstanding brand builders. 

Justin Victoria "Jus" Nuque, P&G Brand Director for Hair Care, is known for her agility, strong consumer insights skills, and innovative go-to-market strategies. Under her leadership, she was able to grow sustainably her brands with strategic interventions that always championed consumers and put their needs first. She delivered high growth amid pandemic challenges during her regional assignment as Senior Brand Manager for P&G Air Care. 

"P&G's leadership and mentorship programs, paired with diverse international experiences and brand opportunities, trained me to be a better brand and business leader. This enabled me to develop groundbreaking marketing campaigns that have directly and indirectly improved the lives of millions of our consumers," said Nuque. 

For Ralph Morales, Laundry Brand Director, he played a crucial role in regaining Ariel's market leadership. He previously handled Grooming and Oral Care, his leadership led Gillette to its most successful year ever with creative campaigns such as "Gillette Rewards" and "Groom-from-home." He was also recognized as the "Coach of the Year" at P&G.

"I credit mush of my development and success to P&G's two unique talent and leadership development aspects: (1) P&G's 'build from within' culture, which hires at entry levels and then invests in continuous learning and growth of the person because it promotes talent from within, and (2) the diverse exposure to the best marketing practices from different markets and regions through cross-boarder collaborations. These things, paired with P&G's constant support, has allowed me to explore and excel in various aspects of the business, fostering my professional growth in marketing and brand management," said Morales.
