It's my first time to venture outside Tokyo and on a whim, I decided to book an RT ticket via Cebu Pacific. I got the airfare tickets for only P6K because seat sale! And I don't really know what to expect since I haven't been to Fukuoka yet, but I love the adventure of discovering places and getting lost. And it really happened, the getting lost part.

HOTEL REVIEW: Tokyo W-Inn Asakusa

We discovered Tokyo W-Inn Asakusa via Booking.com when we were searching for a place to stay in Tokyo. Our first criteria when choosing a hotel is that it should be near the train station, and near a temple/shrine. And we got some bonus also because we got to experience being surrounded by locals as the hotel itself is in a residential area, that being our second criteria. Not to mention there are more than several convenience stores around the hotel, and grocers and restaurants.

Miss(ing) Saigon

I'm now back in Manila after several days of exploring Ho Chi Minh City and I miss the place aleady. Of course there's no place like home but I kinda got accustomed to walking the tree-lined streets, and crossing the street full of motorcycles. Btw, Ho Chi Minh and Saigon are the same, the later being the old name of the city.

"We happen to be at the right place, and at the right time." Our trip to Baguio wasn't really planned, it just happened so we didn't make any prior plans on what to do during our stay in the City of Pines.

Actually, we were just hanging out at Hill Station when we were told that the Baguio Craft Fair is happening downstairs. Cool!
