With these in mind, the Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB) has curated a list of must-try activities for every type of traveler:
1. Peng Chau is a car-free island. It was once a bustling industrial hub but now offers a slower-paced lifestyle. A local artist turned an old abandoned factory into an art junkyard that showcase quirky displays and vibrant graffiti.
2. If you love to bike, Cheung Chau island's natural beauty and cultural heritage will surely add to your adventurous spirit. There Cheung Po Tsai Cave to explore which was said to be a former treasure hideout of pirates! You can also enjoy delectable seafood while enjoying the fresh sea breeze.
3. Braemar Hill offers a panoramic view of Hong Kong. It is a short and easy hike and best place to capture view of Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and Victoria Harbor especially during sunset. Btw, it is also know as Red Incense Burner Summit.
4. Mai Po Nature Reserve is a haven for bird watchers. Guided tours provide fascinating insights into the reserve's ecological importance.
5. Tsz Shan Monastery located in the hills of Tai Po, houses a majestic 230-foot bronze-cast white Guan Yin. Hong Kong's first museum dedicated to Buddhist art and relics is also housed in the premises. They offer activities like tea meditation, zen calligraphy, and water offerings.
6. Go on a water tour around Aberdeen Harbor in a sampan. Immerse yourself into the life of a local fisherman and history of floating houses at-the-same-time. Slurp some noodles prepared by fishermen while enjoying the picturesque harbor.
7. Have some fun join a Mahjong Workshop. Mahjong is deeply rooted in Hong Kong culture. Learn the process and enjoy the creativity of designing a mahjong tile that's uniquely yours with metallic colors and patters.
8. Create your own neon sign. Hong Kong is known for its bright neon sign boards which has become a part of its vibrant night life. You can have your very own by crafting your personalized neon sign in a fun, interactive workshop.
9. Take lessons from local artists at the Mills. The Mills was once a textile factory but is now turned as a center for arts, culture, and innovation that features shops, galleries and restaurants. Get to discover the rich history of Hong Kong's textile industry while exploring modern creative spaces that celebrate innovation and design.
10. If you're into rare collectibles, then a trip to Upper Lascar Row should be on your itinerary. Known for its eclectic mix of antique shops and thrift stores, Upper Lascar Row offers unique finds and vintage treasures. It is a paradise for shoppers looking for one-of-a-kind items, from antique trinkets to retro collectibles.
11. Immerse yourself with traditional food at Tai Ping. It is known as one of the oldest western restaurants opened in China and Hong Kong. It offers a fusion of Western and Chinese cuisine that gives a nostalgic dining experience. Must-try are the roasted pigeon and swiss style chicken wings.
12. Spend an evening at Kinsman. Inspired by Wong Kar-wai's classic film- In the Mood for Love, this bar pays homage to Hong Kong's rich heritage and traditions while showcasing the best of Cantonese and Chinese spirits. Be sure to try their Kowloon Dairy, which is the bar's innovative interpretation of Hong Kong milk punch.

Visitors can pick up their card from designated locations and enjoy over 500,000 sets of offers from restaurants, shops, transportation, and sightseeing tours.
