"The Philippines remains one of the fastest growing regions for our customer care services," said Gary Praznik, iQor COO. "The country's continued investments in infrastructure, education, and transportation are paying off. As the complexity of customer interactions increase, we continue to find digitally savvy talent that can work across a variety of different channels, whether that is voice, social media, chat, or email."
iQor's Santa Rosa hub is roughly an hour's drive from Metro Manila and is built next to SM City Santa Rosa. It occupy three floors of the building and aims to provide jobs to 3,000 Filipinos.
"iQor is very family oriented," said Saurabh Bhaskar, SVP for Operations at iQor Philippines. " Santa Rosa is perfectly positioned outside the NCR to allow our employees to work closer to their home and their families. At the same time, the proximity to Metro Manila gives us access to a large pool of digitally native talent that we wouldn't be able to find anywhere else."
A ceremonial ribbon-cutting marked the official opening of iQor Santa Rosa last April 27, 2018 and it was attended by top iQor executives and guests from the local government as well as Hon. Ramil L. Hernandez, Governor of the Province of Laguna.
