The evolution of the new MINI's design signals the more mature character of this new model, reflecting significant optimization in aspects such as space, safety, materials and finish quality as well as driving dynamics and ride comfort.

All model variants of the new MINI have improved engine and driving performance figures while their fuel consumption and emission levels have been reduced as compared to the predecessor models by as much as 27%.
