BOOK LAUNCH: Katipunan Ng Mga Kids

Last December 28, Isabel and I chanced upon a book launching activity at Mt. Cloud Bookshop along Session Road, Baguio City. The book being launched was "What Kids Should Know About Andres and The Katipunan" by Weng Cahiles.

I love everything about the Katipunan since my grandfather was a katipunero and was promoted to "Tiniente" by Macario Sakay. My family has the original signed document. Will make a post about that soon.

DC Shoes Shopping

After attending the Rumble Yard event at Solenand 2 in Nuvali last December, Isabel got excited because it seems that the latest craze in Sixth Grade (she's a sixth grader) are sneakers and hi-cuts. I remember when she's in Grade Five it was hoodies! Hayyy kids talaga. Anyways, I didn't realize that my kid is knowledgeable when it comes to other sneakers brand and DC.

These beauties caught her eye and I even wanted to have one for myself- feeling teenager! I love the colors and they're comfy to wear also.

Puerto Del Sol: A Hidden Gem In Bolinao Part1

Went to an unplanned out-of-town travel with family friends before New Year 2014. The road trip led us to Baguio, Bolinao, Dagupan and Manaoag.

After a day and a half in Baguio (we didn't really enjoy since traffic was pretty bad and lots of people every where), we hied off to Bolinao, Pangasinan. I thought at first that its going to be a short ride but it took us 4 hours to get there from Baguio. We passed by Kennon Road then via Bonoan, Dagupan till we reached the outskirts of Bolinao. From the highway, the resort is about 5-7 kms away. But upon arriving at Puerto Del Sol, I realized that the long trip and the sore back and cramped legs was all worth it. It was definitely one of the finest beaches in the Philippines.

I Want A PLDT Cyberya Negosyo

I first heard about PLDT Cyberya Negosyo from my friends who attended the Work-At-Home seminar last November and I was intrigued by how easy it is to use and practical on the pocket too.

So here's how it works- PLDT will provide you with this unit that includes a computer, games, and an internet package. All you have to do is feed it with money to be able to use it. So if you feed it with P10, you have a P10-worth of internet or gaming time. This is quite different from the usual computer/internet rentals where you will be required to avail of a minimum 30-minutes to 1-hour computer rental and you may even have to talk to the staff again if you want to continue what you are doing. While with PLDT Cyberya, all you have to do is feed it with coins to be able to continue. Very hassle-free.
