In line with this, the Tulong Kapatid (TK), under the helm of Manuel V. Pangilinan, swiftly acted and conducted a series of relief operations and activities to help frontline health workers, and some underprivilege communities, as well as homeless families in Metro Manila.
"We are fully committed to supporting our frontline health workers who are working tirelessly to save lives and to combat this pandemic. We will continue to pour in resources to address the needs and demands of our frontline workers, including PPEs and relief packages," said PLDT Chairman and CEO Manuel V. Pangilinan.
Here are just some of the efforts done by Tulong Kapatid:

- PPEs such as goggles, gloves, coveralls, as well as vitamins were given to RITM and the Philippine Genome Center. Specimen collection tubes were also turned over to RITM which came from Metro Pacific Investments Corporation and Metro Pacific Investments Foundation.
- Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital received PPEs, boxes of Clusivol, and Tulip Tabletop Water Filters.
- Full PPEs were provided to frontliners in several hospitals and healthcare centers within the region.
