This year, The Lopez Group once again hosted the event with Rockwell Land Corporation Philippines sponsoring the venue- The Rockwell Tent for the EJAP Wellness Fair 2014 last April 26.
It is a whole day affair so members of EJAP received a lot of pampering from the sponsors as well as raffle prizes and tokens.
One of the highlight of the event is basic yoga from Ms. Ines Garcia. She demonstrated several basic and not so strenuous yoga positions that will help the journalist release stress away from their bodies.
Seen here are the volunteers doing some yoga postures. For the uninitiated, yoga refers to posture and breathing techniques that includes simple meditation and that it promotes good health and relaxation not only of the body but of the mind as well.
There were also free massages for everyone. It includes whole back, shoulder, and head massages. Really relaxing that I almost fell asleep when I was on the "hot" seat.

Aside from massages, there's also a nail spa which was really quite popular.
Small kids even have they're own play area manned by Knowledge Channel.
