The future of 5G technology is at the core of the 2021 Global Mobile Broadband Forum (MBBF) and Ryan Ding, Huawei's Executive Director and President of the Carrier Business Group talked about 5G becoming a catalyst for the growth of the mobile industry.
In his speech entitled- "Green 5G Networks for a Low-Carbon Future," he highlighted the need for the mobile industry to innovate more when it comes to power supply, distribution, use, and management, and build greener 5G networks with higher performance and lower energy consumption.
