Being a tropical country makes the Philippines experience "summer" on an extended basis. People enjoy a whole range of different activities under the sun such as going to the beach, engaging in sports like biking or running, or simply strolling/ walking under the sun.
Alas, summer months becomes unbearable lately as temperature rises to up to 37 degrees celsius on some days. And doing the summer outdoor activities that we love can take a toll on our health if we are not properly hydrated. Our body is composed of 70% water and once its level decreases, our body experience so many unwanted symptoms that can make us not function normally.
