SM Supermalls and The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) has signed a five-year deal to make available to the public the consular services in Cagayan De Oro last July 2. The signing was helf at the MAAX Building in Pasay City and was attended by SM Supermalls President Steven Tan, SM Supermalls SVP for Operations Bien Mateo, DFA Civilian Security & Consular Affairs Undersecretary Brigido Dulay, DFA Consular Affairs Officer-In-Charge Senen Mangalile , and DFA CDO and Aseana executives who attended virtually.
