Revolution Precrafted Partners with Lazada

Revolution Precrafted, the first and only unicorn startup in the country has partnered with Lazada and is one of the first companies to offer real estate products on its commercial platform. And as Lazada celebrates its 7th year, Revolution Precrafted is offering a 50% discount on reservation fees on its designer homes, pavilions and pop-up retail spaces on March 27.

This is a first time that a property-tech company is making its products available on a marketplace platform and at discounted rates, too.

The units available on Lazada are designed by both local and international architects such as "Hedera" by Kenneth Cobonpue; "Polygonal Successions" by Eduardo Calma; "Tranche" by Budji Layug and Royal Pineda; "Billboard Home" by David Salle; and "Butterfly" Home design by French architect Elizabeth de Portzamparc. There are also affordable townhouse designed by our very own boxing icon Manny Pacquiao. All of these designs are available at discounted rates in Lazada on March 27, 2017.

There are also a lot of other designs to choose from such as the curated homes by Fernando Romero called "Nest Pod"; "Instrumental Home" by Marmol Radziner and Kravitz Design; "Sliding Door House" by Sou Fuimoto; "The Block" by Tom Dixon; and "Skin Home" by Daphne Guiness, all of which includes a 10% discount.

Of course, designs for residential communities at the Batulao Artscapes in Nasugbu, Batangas, Revolution Flavorscapes in Mexico, Pampanga, and Revolution Hills in San Mateo, Rizal are also offered at 10% discount.

And the treat doesn't end there. Pavilions designed by UN Studio called "Ellipsicoon" are also offered at discounted rates and that includes "Wooden Cloud" by Kengo Kuma; "Bamboo Pavilion" by Campana Brothers; "Recreation Pavilion" by Daniel Libeskind; and "Bettina Pavilion" by Michael Maltzan.
