Tucked near the famous Hibbard Hall of Silliman University in Dumaguete City is the solemn-looking Silliman Church. From afar, it is quite easy to miss this church since it is almost hidden by the gigantic century-old trees and one also need to secure a gate pass from the security guards manning the gate.
Erected in 1941, the church has witnessed the development not only of Silliman University, but Dumaguete City as well.
From the outside, it looks like a small church/ chapel but it is quite big once you get in.
Inside, it is very solemn and has an uplifting vibe.
