Hair Matters

*** This a sponsored post. All opinions are mine.

Travelling is good for the soul and it also unleashes a person's adventurous spirit.

But gone are the days when people just stuff their bags with whatever clothes they find and then go to the airport or bus station and hie off to their destination. Nowadays, travelling also means wearing the right clothes, accessories, and having the right hairstyle because adventure equates to a fashion shoot. No kidding.

Just recently, my daughter and I arrived in Siem Reap to do a temple run around Angkor Wat, Ta Prohm, Beng Melea among other temples. We brought tons of photo-worthy clothes and even color-coordinated footwear but our hair doesn't just seem to nail the whole outfit. It looks messy and windblown, which it actually is.

Had we known that having an appropriate hairstyle is also an important factor in travelling, we would have opted to have crochet braids hair. Having braided hair means that you are a keen traveller and that it also goes well with almost any clothes. And being the millennial that she is, my daughter won't have to worry about unruly and tangled hair. Besides, it's not that expensive and you will definitely look great.

So there's this website called Divatress and it offers numerous wigs of varying hairstyles that will definitely be perfect for every one's needs. Aside from wigs, there are also hair products available.

The next time around, we'll go for braided hair so that we don't have to comb our hair whenever we have our pictures taken and avoid that "just getting up from the bed" hairstyle.
